MRO Needs a Strategy
Unless MRO (maintenance, repair, and operational) procurement is considered strategic, it won't receive the attention it deserves. According to Pierre Mitchell and Michael Lamoureux on the Spend Matters site, most organizations don't realize the opportunities they have in front of them with MRO.
