Getting Started on Metrics
It's important for supply chain managers to identify trends and appropriate metrics to use for budgeting and evaluation purposes as we begin the new year. We're lucky that Lora Cecere, the Supply Chain Shaman, has already produced a bunch of data for us based on discrete industries.
