On-Line Connects With Stores

There used to be a clear separation between the on-line and off-line worlds. That's no longer the case.

Big-box stores such as WalMart now use their websites to generate orders customers pick up at the store. Addtionally, other retailers are combatting 'showrooming' in unique ways. Check out Stephanie Clifford's interesting article in the New York Times here.
