Will Apple Vision Pro's Success Lead to LG Display Joining the Supply Chain?

Apple Vision Pro, Cupertino's spatial computer, is expected to hit the US market in early 2024. According to DNYUZ, it will be tough for customers to get their hands on this product, as LG Display is waiting to see if the product is successful before joining the supply chain. LG Display is one of the world's largest manufacturers of display panels and is a key supplier to Apple. If the Apple Vision Pro is successful, it could open up new opportunities for LG Display.

Opinion:

It is understandable why LG Display is taking a wait and see approach when it comes to joining the supply chain for Apple Vision Pro. However, the success of this product is far from certain, and it is important to consider the potential risks of investing in a product that may not be as successful as expected. Furthermore, the competition in the display panel market is fierce, and LG Display may find it difficult to gain a foothold in the market if the Apple Vision Pro fails to meet expectations.
