Josh Brown, on the EBridge blog site, makes one of the biggest understatements in history regarding the need to have more testing on the Healthcare.gov site prior to go-live. Those of us who have been through large projects with EDI involvement know that you can never test enough.
The processes behind the site that's been in the news so much recently are highly dependent upon the 834 transaction, and yes there should have been a lot more testing. Read about it
