New Tech Causing Slow Downs on Railway

New tech meant to prevent accidents on railways is actually causing bigger problems, reports Supply Chain Brain. The positive train control, or PTC, implemented by Union Pacific, which automatically stops a train before an accident can occur is causing the railway to slow down by 12 percent.
